Logrono 1991 was played in December of 1991. I couldn’t get a rating list for that month. So, I averaged the number two player’s rating for the two lists I could get surrounding the tournament. The Elo ratings were provided, though. However, the Ratings Goodness of Fit Test failed for this tournament. So, I wound up changing three of the initial ratings of the players (with an asterisk). Now that the three ratings were fixed, I ran the tournament again. It passed with flying colors this time.
