So, we have ratings for everyone, except for Kasparov and Gonzales. We shall then use the method we will explain on both of them to find ratings for them both.

What happened to Karpov, Korchnoi, Timman, etc here? Kasparov is just 16 years old and heads the rating list at 2545 (his provisional rating Fide gave him after the tournament).
