Cancer isn't the automatic death sentence it used to be, so there is hope for you. I hope the treatment works well for you without any setbacks. You do have some assets--music, your wife, and your dog!! I like your outlook, too, for it allows to peer into the future (at least in my imagination) and see you in it.
