GM Abdusattorov: World Rapid Chess Champion 2021

We have a new world rapid champion in young 17 year old Abdusattorov won. On the female side of things, the veteran GM Kostenuik won.

Several higher rated players tied Abdusattorov, including classic champion Magnus Carlsen. We’ll see if anything comes of this. I might do just the games of these tied players with my rating system.
