Firstly, if I answer this, it does not show God exists because He doesn't as the God Power Equation shows.
The universe has a net zero mass and a net zero charge. Thus, the universe itself is literally nothing. Think of it like an accountant might with the profit equation: Profit = Assets - Liabilities. There might be a whole lot of assets and a whole lot of liabilities, but if the profit is zero, then these cancel leaving nothing. According to Michio Kaku, gravity is negative mass and cancels with the positive mass in the universe making zero net mass. He has done the math, and he is a Ph.D., so I can only defer to his expertise. Likewise, all the positive charges in the universe cancel with all the negative ones leaving a zero net charge. So, our universe is literally nothing from this perspective.
Physicists and mathematicians have recently shown how a universe can spontaneously create from literally nothing.
Finally, I will add that "nothing" actually does not exist. Because even in intergactic space, which is about as close to nothingness as we will find, there's quantum foam-the spontaneous creation of matter-antimatter particles that collide and annihilate continuously. Our universe came from such a quantum fluctuation that met certain initial conditions that enabled it to progress to becoming a universe and not just annihilate.
So, the something from nothing argument is now seen to be false from both ends: our universe is actually nothing in a net sense, and nothing isn't actually nothing.
