Something Quite Funny: Check This Out for a Little Chuckle

Navage is a nasal irrigation system that cleans out your sinuses. I have heard ads for this product before on Sirius XM shows. I checked it out. It appears this is a safe product to use.

Ok. So, this lady comes to my cash register, and I ring up her order. I get to the Navage item, and it is very expensive — $104.00. We have a program that we promote at the store that saves customers money, so I tell her about it. She doesn’t want to participate in our program.

I then tell her. Well, ok. But, you know that without it, you are going to be paying through the nose for this. And, I pointed at the Navage kit. I then tapped the counter like a drum kit and swung my imaginary drum stick in the air to hit my high-hat. I made the sound Tsssssssssss.

She looked at me and then started laughing. She said, “I guess I will be paying THROUGH THE NOSE.”

She put her credit card in the reader. I gave her her receipt, and she left the store laughing.

I do like it when I can bring a little chuckle to people. You never know what they’re going through, and that can help make their day a little bit better.
