There Are Many Disputes in Religion, But There’s No Disputes in Science
Why Is This? Let’s Find Out
There is an objective reality that we all live in. We are born and raised. We work, get married, have kids to raise, retire, and die. Such is the overall gist of our lives.
Along the way, we ponder our existence. What is the meaning of life? Is there life after death? Is earth the center of the universe? What is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter? Did we evolve from apes? Is the earth round or flat? If the earth is round, is it hollow or solid? Do reptiles secretly rule the world? Does God exist? Does God hear my prayers?
So, we have this mass of questions that we’d like answers to. Some of us spend our time on some of them. Some of us make progress answering them. Some of us only think we have done so when we actually have not.
A question from religion is to know if there is a God or not. I have seen many so-called proofs that there is, but these are faulty proofs. One way to know that they are faulty is to look at how many Christian denominations there are. There are over 45 thousand denominations. So, there is obviously great disagreement about the particulars of just the Christian religion. Why is there such disagreement? The answer isn’t hard to see, really.
