Wow, I’ve Gotten My First Block from Someone on Medium!!

To help enforce the block’s integrity, I will not reveal the name of the person who instituted it. Nor, will I reveal the comment that this person responded to. So, Medium may operate with its controls effectively in place.

Well, what WAS the fuss all about? I post about the bible all the time in my debunking efforts. I do get a lot of negative comments from religious people. FYI: A negative comment does not refute what I wrote. No religious person has refuted anything I have written on here.

This one particular comment was about me analyzing what the author of the biblical passage knew at the time and the motivation for writing it, which is the same motivation most of the time for writing anything in the bible — to instill the fear of God. The author of the bible passage does not have modern knowledge, and so when such authors write what they wrote, it is incredibly ignorant by today’s standards. Yet, there are people today (apparently, a great many) who DO believe this stuff. My negative comment about this bible author was apparently so vile that this member blocked me from seeing their own comment to my comment and anything at all that they post.

Really? I will now address this person who blocked me as they can still see what I post. If your God really existed, He would protect you from a heathen like me. And, when judgement day comes, I will be cast into the lake of fire while you enjoy the benefits of heaven while you worship Yahweh for all eternity. But, your God doesn’t exist. At least I know this, and I can go on living my life with my own free mind. If you really understand the comment I made that you responded to, you will break free of the hold religion has on you, too.
